Last Thursday, we had our (unarguably) best show yet, at the Bell House in Brooklyn. I can’t wait for you all to see the episode, or — more accurately — hear it: the sound of 367 people reacting to our jokes, to Is Jadakiss Italian?, to the AKA battle and all the other tricks we pulled…is honestly crazy. Like, it feels like a football game. And to have Greg Mayo — our forever-best-friend onstage with us, singing all the songs he created that we use as jingles — was the best.
Here’s a few pictures on top of the ones on Instagram, taken by our favorite Tommie Battle — make sure to follow him:

We’re already planning for our next live shows, with one or two coming this summer.
People get mad if I reveal too much. So, here’s four pictures that will make sense once you’ve watched it:

The (mostly*) full episode of our Breakfast Club review drops on Monday morning in its usual spots — join us on YouTube at 10am for the live chat!
*I say it’s mostly the full episode because, as you know, Anthony (Tony) Moxberg III and Styles Pendergrass have been arguing about R&B playlists for years. Well, we had it out — live, with all seven of us picking an R&B song. But many record companies’ lawyers would never want you to see it. So, we’ll be posting that whole shebang and only here on the newsletter so we don’t get any copyright strikes.
Even though we were off this week, Eric and I still got to see everyone:
Johan had his birthday party this past Saturday night
Sheek invited us up to his local theatre to see a preview screening of Michael, the Michael Jackson movie
Kiss and Fat Joe celebrated 100 episodes of Joe & Jada on the rooftop of Roc Nation
Styles was supposed to have a sit-down to talk business but he was too high, so we saw him at the Joe & Jada thing where he was just the right amount of high

Monday: Breakfast Club, our live episode
May 4: Weekend at Bernie’s (Sheek) — available to rent on Amazon Prime or you can try struggle-watching on YouTube.
May 11: Terminator 2 (Jadakiss) — available to rent on Amazon and Apple or struggle watch on YouTube.
May 18: City of God (Jeff) — full movie on YouTube.
May 25: Styles’ pick — TBD.

ERIC: I saw Bridesmaids (15th anniversary) for the first time in full. I knew most of the plot and the big jokes from the internet but even so, enjoyed it a lot, especially watching in a theater. The cast is A+ and between Kristin Wiig and Melissa McCarthy, not sure who is funnier. 8 Richie Thumbs!
SHEEK LOUCH: I watched the new MIKE JACKSON movie 🍿 last night.. with my wife and you guys .. lol it was pretty good .. I like the way it was shot.. and the AI animal’s🦒 🐒 …and his nephew played a great mike .. the actor that played his pops did his thing.. and Nia long.. was dope.. however it lacked a lot of the DARK STUFF in his life.. overall 7 RICHIE THUMBS 👍🏿🤷🏿
STYLES: Godfather 1 and Godfather 2, I watch way more shit than any of you guys
JEFF: Seeing Over Your Dead Body this Sunday. Horror comedy done by Jorma from Lonely Island, starring Jason Segal (the guy from Forgetting Sarah Marshall).
JADAKISS:
That’s about it for this week! As always, you can also find us on YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Instagram, TikTok and right here, for our weekly newsletter. But before we go:

Kiss and I again took our cues from your suggestions: Beloved was trying to convince Kiss to do KIDS (which many, many people have asked for), Kay Rosewood pitched Sin City and Kiss almost did King of New York but he ultimately went with T2. And, as a million people have written in for City of God, I chose that. (Btw, we do have a mid-90s episode. It was a million years ago, pre-video, so you might’ve forgotten about it.)
Keep sending in ideas to our suggestion box!
